I believe that life is funny, especially for women who fully embrace the world within and around them.  Women encounter many funny experiences but often, are too busy to fully enjoy the humor in every day life and to laugh, really laugh. For me, being over fifty means an empty nest, aging parents, a demanding career, a body and soul that are much different than at any other time in my life, and the wisdom to know that life over fifty is fabulously funny!
